Our company also has a highly developed distribution and marketing system to ensure prompt and safe delivery of goods. Tube Mills
The complete line of manufacture tube is originally imported from USA's renowned company in the tube industry, i.e. "Yoder" which consists of automatic tube mill producing pipes/ tubes at high speed. The steel strip entering at one end of the mill passes through a set of driven formings & fin rolls which transform the strip into the required circular shape. At the electric welding station, the open seam pipe passes through a high frequency welding induction coil which fuses together the edges of the strip by heating it to the plastic stage & ensuring the perfect weld by means of set of squeeze rolls at continuous & accurate pressure. On the spot, extra outside beed is removed by scraping tool. Now welded pipe is passed through set of sizing rolls where it is rolled to the correct outside diameter. The pipes as per the required length are now sheared off by Alpha moving & cutting machine. The Welding Technology
Steel Krafts employs the latest Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) process using high frequency. Alternating current with a frequency of 4,50,000 cycles per second is utilized to produce necessary uniform heating of strip edges and without any foreign material. Strip edges are welded together with a 208 gm. minute change in the grain structure of the metal. This ensures perfect weld of the parent material.
